Fluent Facilities Management is a company dedicated to providing comprehensive commercial services, including cleaning, waste management, and property maintenance. As they grew in size and scope, it became clear that their brand identity needed to evolve to reflect their modern, efficient, and wide-ranging services. Our task was to redesign their branding and website to create a professional and cohesive identity that would resonate with current clients and appeal to potential new customers.
Objective:
The primary objective of this project was to reimagine Fluent Facilities Management’s brand identity in a way that would communicate their professionalism, efficiency, and expertise across all their services. Alongside the visual rebrand, we also aimed to build a user-friendly website that showcases their offerings clearly and efficiently, creating a seamless experience for both new and returning clients.
Approach
Our approach was centred on creating a brand that encapsulates the broad scope of services offered by Fluent Facilities Management, while still appearing sleek and professional. We focused on designing a visual identity that would work across various platforms—digital, print, and signage—ensuring brand consistency.
Key design elements included:
- Logo Redesign: We developed a modern, simple logo that reflects the company's dynamic nature. The logo is adaptable and easy to recognise, working well on a variety of materials, from websites to uniforms.
- Colour Palette: We selected a contemporary colour palette, using a combination of bold, confident colours like deep blues and greens to evoke trust, reliability, and sustainability—key values in facilities management and environmental responsibility.
- Typography: We chose clean, modern sans-serif fonts that reinforce a sense of professionalism and clarity. These fonts ensure readability across different media while maintaining a stylish and approachable tone.
Implementation
To ensure consistency and longevity, we also created comprehensive brand guidelines. These guidelines detail how to use the logo, colour schemes, and typography correctly, ensuring that the brand maintains its professional appearance across all applications.
In addition, the following steps were taken to implement the brand update:
- Website Design: We designed a streamlined, user-centric website that showcases Fluent Facilities Management’s range of services in a clear, accessible way. The website features service details, client testimonials, and contact information, with an easy-to-navigate layout that works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile devices.
- Marketing Collateral: Alongside the website, we provided the updated brand assets for use across business cards, service brochures, and email signatures. This ensures that every point of contact with clients reflects the same consistent, professional image.
Outcome:
The new branding for Fluent Facilities Management has given the company a modern, unified identity that resonates with their target audience. The redesigned website is not only visually engaging but also functional, improving the user experience and helping clients quickly access the services they need. Feedback from both the company and their clients has been overwhelmingly positive. The brand guidelines have proved invaluable for maintaining visual consistency as the company expands its service offering and continues to grow its presence in the commercial facilities management sector. Overall, this project has helped Fluent Facilities Management strengthen their market positioning, showcasing their expertise in commercial cleaning, waste management, and maintenance while providing a clear and professional identity for their growing brand.
