Vectis Lightning Protection is a specialist company dedicated to providing comprehensive lightning protection services for a range of clients. As a new entrant in the market, Vectis needed a distinct logo and website that would reflect their expertise and professionalism while standing out in a competitive industry. Our task was to create a strong visual identity for the brand, starting with their logo and a fully functional website that would serve as their primary digital platform.
Objective:
The objective of this project was twofold: first, to design a modern, memorable logo that conveys the core services of Vectis Lightning Protection; and second, to build a responsive, user-friendly website that highlights their offerings and positions them as a reliable provider in the lightning protection industry.
Approach
We approached the project with a focus on combining modern design elements with a clear reflection of the technical nature of Vectis’s services. Given the critical importance of lightning protection for safeguarding structures, it was essential that the logo and website conveyed both trust and expertise.
Key design elements included:
- Logo Design: The goal was to create a simple yet impactful logo that incorporates visual cues related to lightning and protection, while maintaining a professional look suitable for use across digital and print platforms.
- Website Design: The website needed to be intuitive and informative, serving as an online hub for clients seeking information about lightning protection services. We aimed for a clean, modern design that aligned with the new visual identity.
Implementation
- Logo Design: The final logo features a sleek lightning bolt integrated into the company name, symbolising both energy and protection. The clean lines and bold typography ensure that the logo is easily recognisable, even at a glance, and can be effectively applied to business cards, vehicles, uniforms, and online platforms.
- Website Design: We developed a fully responsive website that showcases Vectis Lightning Protection’s services in a clear and organised manner. The site includes service descriptions, case studies, and a contact form, making it easy for potential clients to learn more and get in touch. We also incorporated elements from the brand’s colour palette and typography into the web design to maintain consistency.
Outcome:
The new logo and website have provided Vectis Lightning Protection with a professional, cohesive brand identity that resonates with both existing and potential clients. The logo has successfully positioned the company as a modern, capable provider in their field, while the website serves as a valuable tool for both information dissemination and client engagement.
